This very pleasant room sits snug on the quietest side of the house thereby offering a sense of peace and quiet. It comes with a desk, armchairs, its own sink, occasional tables and lamps.

Located on the east-side of the premises, this room enjoys a tucked away vibe. With a comfortable two-seater couch, a fabulous armchair, and desk, Room 4 also has its very own ensuite bathroom attached.

Our largest and brightest room, Room 5 enjoys sunlight streaming through stained glass windows. It is furnished with a two-seater couch, comfortable armchairs, a large desk, and much more. All the rooms have blinds or curtains to help shade and insulate.

- 6-hour day = $125.37 + GST $12.53
- 4-hour day = $96.44 + GST $9.64
- Casual rate per hour = $26.95 +GST $2.69
Security Bond Required
Group rates
We have 1 room suitable for seated groups of up to 10, and 2 other rooms that accommodate groups of 5 or 6.
- Full Day (9am – 5pm) = $200 + GST $20
- 1/2 Day (9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm) = $150 +GST $15
Public indemnity insurance, photo ID (licence), credit card details, and a deposit of $400 is required for group hire.
