Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy
My practice provides psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to support adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, self-doubt, and the challenges of midlife and menopause. I offer a calm and collaborative space where clients can reconnect with themselves and create meaningful, lasting change.
Psychotherapy and hypnotherapy both invite awareness and self-compassion. Through guided reflection, dialogue, and gentle exploration of the mind–body connection, you can uncover the patterns that hold you back and rediscover a sense of balance and possibility.
I believe that every person is born with natural physical and emotional needs, and that well-being comes from meeting those needs in healthy ways. I tailor our work together to you as an individual because each person’s experience of challenge, growth, and healing is unique. This flexible approach allows us to find what truly supports you in creating change and living with greater balance and fulfillment.

Fees
I offer an initial 20-minute free conversation to determine how I may be able to support you through your change.
Following this I recommend booking 4-6 x sessions to ensure you commit to the changes you want in your life. This allows you to practice in between sessions and make some adjustments day to day and to review your progress.
Each session starts with a conversation, checking in what you have experienced and what to expect in each session with a curious and open mind.Your sessions will provide you an opportunity to slow down, listen to what your mind and body have been trying to say, and explore what best suits you.
Fees
An initial session is 90 mins and the fee is $200.
Follow up sessions are 50 mins and $130
Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy are claimable if they are included in your healthcare cover policy.
Online Sessions
Online consultation is available for clients who want the flexibility
Online Psychotherapy and hypnotherapy sessions are highly effective, delivering meaningful results comparable to in-person sessions.
What you need for an online consultation:
- A reliable device preferably a laptop, computer or tablet with video
- Preferably headphones or a headset (or earbuds)
- A quiet, private space, where you will be undisturbed to help you stay relaxed, comfortable, and focused during the session.
Prior to booking a session, every client receives a free 15–20-minute phone call to discuss and explore how my approach may support them.
Qualifications
Kate is an accredited Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist with ICHP Ireland and ICHP Australia, a Master of NLP Coaching (Australia), and an Advanced Practitioner in Hypnosis for Menopause with Helen Breward. Kate’s background includes a long career in corporate leadership and learning and development, where she supported people through transformation and change. That experience shaped her belief that genuine growth happens when people feel seen and understood.
Kate’s love of learning to support people through their journeys continues with current studies in Empathic Therapy with Dr. Gabor Maté and the Human Givens approach.
