Individual & Relationship Counsellor
Sarah is a dedicated counsellor with experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges. She is a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association and brings a rich, multidisciplinary background to her practice. Sarah works with adolescents, adults, and couples. She has particular expertise in addressing anxiety, social anxiety, depression, prenatal and postnatal mental health (including postnatal depression, anxiety, and rage), self-esteem issues, stress, grief and loss, and relationship concerns.
Sarah is warm, nurturing, and deeply empathetic in her approach. She fosters a safe, empowering space where clients feel heard, respected, and valued. Her counselling style is collaborative and person-centred, underpinned by a belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. Sarah works closely with her clients to explore their concerns, uncover their strengths, and identify new pathways forward. She aims to nurture self-awareness and confidence, helping individuals recognise their potential and grow through meaningful, lasting change.
Each session with Sarah is tailored to the client’s unique needs and circumstances. She integrates Person-Centred Counselling with elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to offer a holistic and personalised therapeutic experience. Sarah believes in the power of connection and looks forward to supporting you in your journey toward greater self-understanding, well-being, and personal growth.
Fees
Initial Session: $150.00 – 75 minutes
Individual Telehealth: $100.00 – 60 minutes
Individual In-Person: $120.00 – 60 minutes
Couples Telehealth: $120.00 – 60 minutes
Couples In-Person: $140.00 – 60 minutes
