Trevor is an experienced clinical mental health social worker, counsellor and psychotherapist.
He has worked in public mental health for over 30 years in diverse clinical settings such as primary mental health, forensics and acute psychiatry, Veteran Services counselling and in a private clinic setting.
Trevor is a warm, engaging, empathic man who incorporates evidence-based interventions with natural curiosity, an open reflective approach and heartfelt humour.

Treatment approaches

- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
- Narrative Therapy
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy – strengthening self-acceptance and compassion through reflective value-based dialogue.
- EMDR – Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing – trauma work.
- Gestalt Therapy – holistic psychology that emphasises awareness building.
Fees
$170 for a 50-minute session in-person or via telehealth.
$250 for a 90-minute EMDR session in-person.
Medicare rebate of approx. $85.00 is available to individuals with a Mental Health Care Plan.
