Situated at the front of the house and facing Hartington Street, from the beautiful bay window that over looks the front garden, Room 2 boasts an couch, armchairs, a desk, assorted small tables, and lamps.

This very pleasant room sits snug on the quietest side of the house thereby offering a sense of peace and quiet. It comes with a desk, armchairs, its own sink, occasional tables and lamps.

Located on the east-side of the premises, this room enjoys a tucked away vibe. With a comfortable two-seater couch, a fabulous armchair, and desk, Room 4 also has its very own ensuite bathroom attached.

Our largest and brightest room, Room 5 enjoys sunlight streaming through stained glass windows. It is furnished with a two-seater couch, comfortable armchairs, a large desk, and much more. This room is suitable for group work and will comfortably seat up to 10.

Facing Arthurton Road, Room 6 enjoys plenty of sunlight through a gorgeous stained-glass window. With a two-seater couch, and also has two armchairs, desk, and occasional tables.
