Dr Arran Rose
I am a registered Clinical and Forensic Psychologist and a supervisor in these areas of practice. I provide individual and couples therapy and am committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based psychological therapies, including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I aim to work collaboratively with each client to develop a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship and to help them achieve meaningful and sustainable change
Throughout my career, I have worked across a range of organisations and settings, supporting people experiencing a variety of mental health concerns and life stressors. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, autism, grief, relationship difficulties, and other challenges that may impact their wellbeing and day-to-day functioning.
I provide psychological services to clients accessing support through Medicare, the NDIS, Work Cover, and the TAC.
I understand that reaching out to a new psychologist can feel intimidating and taking the first step is not always easy. My aim is to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable discussing what is bringing you to therapy.
If you feel that we may be a good fit, please feel welcome to reach out to me by phone or email. I would be happy to discuss how I may be able to support you.
